星际日期（Stardates）换算方法

After the random stardates in the original "Star Trek", the powers that be decided on a more logical way to determine a stardate. Thus, the following came about.

自从 TOS 随意设定影集中的星际日期后，『当权者』决定用一个更符合逻辑的方法设定星际日期。本文也由此而来。

EXAMPLE: "Captains Log: Stardate 45076.3"

范例：舰长日志：星际历 45076.3

The "4" represents that the series takes place in the 24th century, according to an original writer's guide, although Deep Space Nine may change that. It also has been noted that 1000 stardates pass with every year. The "5" represents the season number of TNG without exception. The "076" represents the portion of a season that advances during TNG. The ".3" represents a portion of a day thereof.

根据原著者的设定，日期中的“4”表示这一系列的故事是在24世纪发生的，虽然 DS9 的故事年代可能会改变。需注意的是，一年有 1000 个星际日。（这里指的大概是年月日的换算关系，和“一年有365天”类似的意思，）

日期中的“5”表示银河飞龙（TNG）现在播出第几季。（例如第三季最后一集 "The Best of Both Worlds Part I" 发生在 Stardate 43989.1， 而第四季第一集 "The Best of Both Worlds Part II" 则发生在 Stardate 44001.4）

日期中的“076”表示故事本集发生在该季银河飞龙的哪一日期（在该季故事中的「位置」）。 最后的“.3”表示当地时间（几点）。

DS9 的第一集是 : 46379.1 DS9 是由 TNG 的第六季开始演的

VOY 的第一集是 : 48315.6 VOY 是由 TNG 的第八季开始演的（假设有第八季） （目前 VOY 的 Star Date 已经突破 50000.0 了）
